where food, nature, and human stories meet

Harvest Notes
A Field to Farm Podcast
Harvest Notes: Stories of Farm to Table follows the journey of food from soil to table.
Each episode moves through the places where food is grown, gathered, prepared, and shared—farms, kitchens, markets, and the everyday spaces in between. Along the way, we hear from the people who shape food systems: farmers, growers, processors, distributors, retailers, chefs, and consumers.
The series captures the natural atmosphere of each place—the wind through fields, the rhythm of work, the movement of markets, and the sounds of cooking and gathering. These sounds create a grounded, lived-in sense of place, bringing listeners closer to where food comes from.
Harvest Notes explores food not just as something we eat, but as a living system shaped by land, weather, labor, culture, and care.
